For what do we use your personal data?

At BCN-Gin we process your personal data in order to execute the contract and provide you with the best assistance service.

In addition, after the entry into force of the Regulation, BCN-Gin will continue to treat your data as it has done so far, with the utmost respect for the confidentiality and security of your information, and for the same purposes for which you have consented or which are justified based on another legitimacy provided in the Regulation. Why do we use your personal information?

How long will BCN-Gin keep your data?

We will keep your personal data during the validity of the contractual relationship. The data that is part of your purchase history will be kept for at least 5 years, counted from the date of registration of each purchase process. As for the rest of your personal data, they will be kept for the period that is necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of potential claims, to comply with legal obligations whenever permitted by applicable law. Once the statute of limitations expires, we will destroy or anonymize your data.

To whom will we communicate your data?

We will not transfer your personal data to third parties, unless it is necessary to provide you with service, we are covered by a law or that you have previously agreed with BCN-Gin. In order to be able to provide you with an adequate service and manage the relationship that we maintain with you as a client, in the section Third parties you will find a list of categories of companies that treat your data on behalf of BCN-Gin, as part of the provision of services that we have hired. .

We also inform you that, for the same purpose as indicated in the previous paragraph, the following companies that appear in the third party section and that provide services to BCN-Gin could access your personal data from countries outside the European Economic Area ( international data transfers).

What are your rights when you provide us with your information?

In the section ARCO Rights you can find a description of your rights of access, rectification, opposition, deletion, portability and limitation of the treatment, as well as to reject the automated processing of personal data collected by Sanitas.
